IR1 and CR1 are for spouses of US citizens. CR1 applies if you've been married less than two years when entering the US (a 2-year conditional green card), IR1 if two years or more. F2A is for spouses and unmarried children under 21 of green card holders, and involves waiting for your priority date in the Visa Bulletin.
No one can guarantee a visa. Decisions are made only by embassies and immigration authorities. What we do is make sure your application is complete, consistent and well-presented, and that you're confident at your interview.
